Shipping policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

• If an order is returned to Minty Fresh Collectible because of an address error (i.e. Incomplete address, missing apartment number, wrong postal code, etc.), the client will pay the return shipping fees. We recommend double-checking your address details before placing an order to avoid any delays.
• If an order is returned to Minty Fresh Collectible because it has not been claimed at the post office by the client, the client will pay the return shipping fees.
In both cases, if the client wishes to have the order shipped again, the client will pay the return shipping fees and the new reshipping fees.
• If a client asks for a refund after an order has been returned to Minty Fresh Collectible, we will refund the value of the items (including taxes). The original shipping fees for the first shipment will not be reimbursed and the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

All products are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and sent out daily, Monday to Friday, by 5 pm. In the event of a service disruption with Canada Post, Minty Fresh Collectible will hold orders until the disruption is resolved.
Minty Fresh Collectible is not responsible for delays within Canada Post's system and does not provide refunds for items that arrive outside the estimated times.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel & UPS Standard Shipping
Expedited Parcel and UPS Standard Shipping are Minty Fresh Collectible's fast, cost-effective ground shipping options within Canada. Parcel packages can be tracked, and transit times are between one to eight business days.

Pre Orders
If items were purchased with different release dates, all items will be shipped on the latest release date of the items. This policy ensures that clients receive their orders promptly while managing shipping logistics efficiently. However, Minty Fresh Collectible will provide the option for individual shipping to allow for greater flexibility if needed.

Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages
Minty Fresh Collectible is responsible for ensuring orders are properly packed and shipped. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery operations are outside of our control.
If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so that we may assist with opening a carrier investigation.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Minty Fresh Collectible is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include signature confirmation for high-value orders.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and contents.

Where Do We Deliver?
We ship anywhere within Canada and the United States of America. Certain products cannot be shipped to the United States of America due to publisher restrictions. This includes sealed Magic: The Gathering products and select other products.
